Let's talk about your project

This page exists for a single reason: to make the first conversation possible. Not the commercial qualification, not the product demonstration, not the route to commitment. The conversation. If you have a custom business application project, a system that is ageing badly, a process your tools can no longer keep up with, or simply a question on which you would like an expert opinion — write to us.

We do not practise the conversion funnel. No twelve-field form, no chatbot that qualifies your intent, no automated email sequence. An address, a number, a three-line form — what is needed, and nothing more.

A first conversation, thirty minutes, no obligation

What this conversation contains. The context of your business, the issue that brings you, our questions to understand what structures your need, and at the end — depending on the case — either a direction for what comes next, or an honest acknowledgement that we are not the engineering practice you need. We also know how to say no when a project is not in our line of work.

What this conversation does not contain. No forty-slide Agerix presentation. No product pitch. No standardised demo. No commitment, no quotation issued at the end of the first half-hour. The conversation is free because it is useful to both sides — to you to clarify what you are looking for, to us to assess what we can bring.

How to reach us

Three channels, open in parallel, your choice depending on what suits you.

By email, at contact@agerix.fr. Reply within 48 working hours.

By telephone, on +33 5 35 54 92 03. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Paris time. If we are on an engagement, leave a message — we call back.

By form, below. Three fields, your name, your email, your message. No urgency tick-box, no sector drop-down, no implicit qualification.

The information submitted is used solely to reply to your request. No commercial reuse, no third-party transfer. See our privacy policy.

Office: 20 avenue de la Libération, 33310 Lormont, France. Visits by appointment — if you would rather meet in person, say so and we will set a date.

What happens next

Whatever channel you choose, the sequence is the same. Acknowledgement within 48 working hours, often sooner. If your message calls for a simple reply, we provide it directly. If it calls for a conversation, we propose a slot for the thirty minutes mentioned above, by video call or telephone depending on what you prefer.

After that exchange, two possible follow-ups. Either the subject deserves to go further and we schedule a scoping meeting — in person in Lormont, or by video call when distance makes that more sensible. Or the subject is not in our line of work and we say so, pointing to a better-suited party when we know one.

No standardised step beyond that point. Every project is singular, and it is from the first exchange that we calibrate what follows.
